Overview
All sales are for digital downloads (PDFs). Once a download is started, we cannot offer a refund.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund if you have not downloaded the file. After the file has been downloaded, all sales are final.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within 14 days:
- Email us at sktwargamesrules@hotmail.com with your order number.
- Confirm that you have not downloaded the file.
We will review your request and, if eligible, issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
• Any digital product that has been downloaded
• Custom or personalised PDFs (if applicable)
